"...it is obvious to us that
the
school's present policy is ineffective...."
Subject:
The success my family has personally experienced with NITMIX.
Thank you for your quick reply. I've spent the last day or so looking
into the sites you referred to, and will continue to further investigate.
I don't know yet whether a no nit policy is right for the school,
but it is obvious to us that the school's present policy is ineffective.
With the success my family has personally experienced with NITMIX,
I hope to find a way to include information to our families at school
as a safe alternative as well as a preventative from future infestations.
We also plan to educate families on lice, in hopes that they will
not feel so overwhelmed with it.
Thank you for the information you provided. We have a bit of work
ahead of us. It is a shame that NITMIX is not readily available
in the local drugstore, for I am sure there are those who would
benefit as we have, but do not want to wait for mail order...even
though your shipments arrive in only 3-4 days from the time an order
is placed.
I have been very pleased with the product as well as the company
and will continue to highly recommend NITMIX as well as continue
using the product.
Thank you once again,
Angela Penfound

Not long ago my daughter had contracted lice for the third time
in about an 18 month period. As is stated in your literature, we've
found that my daughter has a very attractive head to those little
buggers, and she has been the only member of our family plagued
with them. After this third time I started searching the internet,
looking for a better alternative to the chemicals and hoping to
find something that would help prevent another infestation. To my
pleasure...and that of my daughter... I found Nitmix.
I have been using the Nitmix as a preventative, both adding to the
final rinse when washing her hair and lightly spraying her hair
with a diluted mixture every day before sending her out. Not long
after we started this, four children on our block were sent home
from school with head lice...two of whom had been over playing with
my daughter just a few days prior. I am ecstatic to report that
my daughter has remained lice free!! She loves Nitmix...it not only
has kept her lice free, but also keeps her hair soft and shiny.
A friend and I are now taking on a new challenge...the school. Unlike
some schools, our local school system does not have a nit-free policy,
all that is required is that the child be "treated", typically
with one of the common chemical shampoos, and the child can return
to school the very next day.
We believe that this only perpetuates the problem. I've heard one
child state after only two days from the day she was treated, she's
lice and nit free. Having lived through it more than once, I know
this is highly unlikely.
We are working towards changing the school's policy to be more proactive
rather than reactive. We would also like to educate the parents.
Presently the parents receive little or no information regarding
head lice...either in how it's contracted or treatment options.
As we are creating all this from scratch, so to speak, I was hoping
that perhaps you would have some kind of literature, brochure or
flier we could use to help better educate our parents.
Any help or assistance you can provide in our endeavor would be
greatly appreciate.
Sincerely,
Angela Penfound
